Submitting Trouble Tickets

  1. Enter your H-Sphere Control Panel by going to http://login.atlantishost.com
  2. In the bottom row, click "New Trouble Ticket"
  3. Give your ticket a short description of the problem
  4. In the large textbox, give full details of the problem. Tell us what error messages, if any, you are receiving. Tell us what you were doing when the error occurred. Tell us what file the error concerns. If the problem is with a webpage, please send us the URL. Please be as specific as possible. This will help us to resolve your issue as quickly as possible without having to ask for and receive further information.
  5. Use the "attachments" feature to include screenshots of errors you are receiving or any other pertinent file that we may need to correct things for you.
  6. Click "Submit"

You will receive an instant email confirmation restating your problem and letting you know that we have received your ticket.

We will respond as quickly as possible. You will receive our responses both as email and in the control panel. To access our responses in the control panel, click on "Ticket Center". You can reply to our responses either through the "Ticket Center" or by replying to our email response. If you reply to the email, please make sure that you do not alter the subject line as this allows us to track the ticket properly.
