Create New Email Address

1. Enter your H-Sphere Control Panel by going to http://login.atlantishost.com
2. Click on "Email"
3. Make sure that your domain name appears in the drop-down box near the top of the screen
4. Toward the right side of the screen you should see a link that reads "New E-mail" click this link
5. In the first box, enter the first part of the email address you wish to create
6. Check the box next to "catch all" if you want this address to collect all mail sent to non-existant addresses
7. Check the box next to "mailbox" if you wish for this address to store mail on our servers
8. If creating a mailbox, enter a password, description of the address, and choose if you want the box to filter spam and virus emails.
9. Check the box next to "mail forward" if you want this address to send mail to an address outside of our server (you can do this in combination with a mailbox)
10. If creating a forward, enter the email addresses you would like the mail sent to, separating each address onto a new line
11. Check the box next to "mail alias" if you wish to forward the mail for this address into a different box on your account
12. If creating an alias, double-click on each address you wish to forward the mail to - each address should appear in the box on the right
13. Check the box next to "autoresponder" if you wish for an automatic response to be sent whenever mail is received at this address
14. If creating an autoresponder, please enter a subject and message for the automatic response
15. Click "Submit"

Your email address is created.
