In the fall of 2001, the owners of Wright Enterprises began to explore ways to provide better hosting services at affordable prices. We looked around and saw companies providing decent accounts for high prices and other companies offering cheap accounts with little service. "Why can't there be a great service for a decent price?" we asked ourselves. So with that goal in mind, we began designing a new hosting service from the ground up.
Because we felt that the basics of web hosting (reliability, customer service, innovative features, and ease-of-use) have drifted off to a far-away land, we decided to call our new company Atlantis. And getting back to basics is what Atlantis is all about. We spent a year studying, planning, surveying, and designing to be the best web host possible. We're doing this because hosting your website shouldn't be a hassle - it should be easy and worry-free.
We start with a hosting plan that is filled with the features that are used most. Most customers will use a considerable amount of disk space, so we give you plenty to work with. And data transfer is important too, so we made a generous amount available. Add in the email accounts, database support, forum and guestbook software, Site Studio, and the ability to host multiple sites on your account and you will see the Atlantis advantage.
Next, we give you support in as many ways as possible. If you're having trouble with any part of your account, help is just a few clicks away. Start with the Support Desk, a huge site filled with hundreds of articles on how best to manage and operate your hosting account. If the Support Desk doesn't help, we've also given you more frequently asked questions in your control panel plus the ability to create and track trouble tickets so you can track our progress on your issue. And if that isn't enough, we also have made provisions for you to contact us by email or AIM (AtlantisWebChat).
